Workation Proof Accommodation
The best co-working hotel & hostel I’ve ever stayed at. This one has it all: great co-working facilities, restaurant, fast wifi, activities, pool, and lively area with lots of things to do.
I booked a private room here, and it gave me exactly the balance I’m always looking for when working abroad: my own quiet space to sleep, reset, and take calls, combined with a proper coworking setup and a social atmosphere just outside my room.
Tribal Bali Coworking Hostel is honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed for a Workation
There is a real coworking space, reliable WiFi, private rooms, a comfortable place to focus, a pool for breaks, food and drinks on-site, and a lively location in Canggu where cafés, restaurants, gyms, and the beach are never far away.
What made Tribal Bali stand out most is that it did not feel like I had to compromise. I could work seriously during the day, take breaks without leaving the accommodation, and still meet other travellers and remote workers in the evening. I honestly wish every workation accommodation was set up like this.

Tribal Bali is not just a regular hostel with WiFi. The main reason it works so well for a workation is the combination of hostel life and a real coworking setup. You can spend your day focused on work, take breaks by the pool, and still have plenty of chances to meet other travellers in the evening.
For me, that balance is exactly what makes a hostel workation-friendly. You do not want to feel isolated in a hotel room all day, but you also do not want to depend on noisy cafés or uncomfortable common areas to get your work done.
Many hostels say they are good for digital nomads, but Tribal Bali feels more intentional. The coworking area makes it easier to plan proper work sessions, take calls, and structure your day around productivity. That is a big difference compared to hostels where you end up working from a random sofa or a small table near reception.
This makes Tribal Bali a good fit if you need to work real office hours during your trip, not just answer a few emails between activities.
For a serious workation, I would always recommend booking a private room when possible. A dorm can be fun for backpacking, but it is not ideal if you need sleep, privacy, or quiet time before a workday.
At Tribal Bali, the option to combine a private room with hostel facilities is what makes it especially useful. You still get the social atmosphere, but you also have your own space to reset, take a break, and keep your routine more stable.
Canggu is one of Bali’s most popular areas for remote workers, and Tribal Bali fits that lifestyle well. You are close to cafés, restaurants, coworking spots, fitness options, and the beach, while still having a workspace directly at your accommodation.
One of the biggest advantages of staying at Tribal Bali is the community feeling. Canggu already attracts a lot of remote workers, and Tribal Bali fits naturally into that scene. It is a good place if you are travelling alone, working remotely from Bali, or looking for a stay where it is easy to connect with people who are doing something similar.
That makes it especially valuable for longer workations, where having some social rhythm can make the trip feel much more enjoyable.
Perfect for workations. Fast WiFi, quiet coworking space, and great community of digital nomads. The dedicated workspaces kept me productive, and the remote work setup was top-notch. Stayed 2 months and got more work done than expected.
As a remote worker, this hostel is ideal. The atmosphere is productive with minimal distractions, and the facilities fully support long-term work stays. I got more done here than in any co-working cafe. The staff understands workation needs perfectly.
Great for work. Reliable internet, dedicated workspaces, and helpful staff who understand workation needs. The pool and events balanced work-life perfectly. Stayed 1 month and maintained excellent productivity throughout.
Tribal Bali is a coworking hostel that lives up to its name. I got a lot done here, with the pool and community events balancing work and play. The WiFi never dropped during calls. Perfect for extended workations.
Workation paradise in Bali! Tribal Coworking Hostel has everything for remote work: fast WiFi, ergonomic desks, and a vibe that keeps you focused. Stayed longer than planned because productivity was so high. Highly recommend for digital nomads.
