I’ve working in locations all around the world. Sometimes, time-difference was none to little, sometimes it was large. One time, I worked in Bali and Thailand, 6 hours later than Europe. Some days, I had meetings until 11PM (5PM in NL). An exception though — I blocked late afternoons in my calendar weeks ago to make my schedule clear to others.
